Phantom Wings to Reveal Big Brawl Secret?

Ok, so we’ve all heard about the SD File Patcher code by Phantom Wings, correct?. If you don’t know about the File Patcher yet, go here.

Alright so here’s the deal. When Phantom released the File Patcher code, he left a message saying that he had one more thing left to do in Brawl.

By the way. If any of you people think that this is my final piece of work, think againz. I’ve still got one more ace up my sleeve.

What made this mysterious is that he color-coded some letters (originally light gray;made light blue here so I can show them clearer). Take out all the colored letters and put them together, in the same order they appear in his statement. This is what it spells:

PLANZERO

This was quite easy to figure out. When asked about PLAN ZERO, Phantom refused to know anything about it.

…Plan Zero? What’s Plan Zero? Granted I do have something else I’m working on, but I have no idea what Plan Zero is…

Why is Phantom making such a big deal of this? Obviously, the code above is not a Brawl code at all, just in case you were going to try it, or ask me or someone else what it does. I’ll leave the rest to you. I have figured everything out. Well, almost everything. I’ve yet to be told what PLANZERO is, but I have found that which this code leads to. I have found the CHOSEN1. Now all I need is…

i was going to laugh out loud, but then I looked at your hint and thought something about the code is fake 101 looks similar to lol
and i am throwing out conspiracy theories to throw off anyone else from guessing.
(except lost characters… they are lost. they dont even have proper character folders, just an effect file)

well the 7 player brawl code sure took alot of time.
the first video as post in January 19 2009 and now we’re in 13 july so it took 7 mouth to make the code and still nothing so maybe it may be out soon (or may i be wrong)

I tried asking the chosen1 (the real1) for information. He said that he was recently contacted and told that information on planzero was indeed hidden somewhere within the smash boards, media and/or other places relating to brawl hacking.

PhantomWings is gonna make some hack to steal all the money in the world from everyone and causing a major crisis (WW3?) and after a few years of mass destruction the extiction of all species in this world (including us, humans).

I gotta tick that notify box… *ticks* kk. now anyway I personally Dont think its is wavedashing. wasnt that made already?phantom made a melee airdodging code and I remember seeing the vid on Jose’s account. Knowing me, if I WERE making P.L.A.N. Z.E.R.O. I’d release it on april fools showing a bunch of moveswaps put together to show it was like making characters xD Dont think thats possible, I was kidding anyway, but this is really interesting. He isnt the stuck up kinda guy either so this will definately be fun once released. my only fear is that it’ll require an ISO because my pc cant handle like 4GB of a game, the drive is small enough already. I personally think this is either model hacking or voice implanting, as to accompany young link and baby mario model hacks big shark jack H and that other guy (no offense, just dont remember your name! sorry! DX) made. add me to the curious list, and also to the investigative list…

I heard Pharrox was working on a converter for model file repacking. Maybe he’s working alongside Phantom Wings. If so, talented Model creators should be able to place new, un-legit characters to the game. And assuming from the PLAN ZERO mini Wiki at MeowMix, you/we/them will be able to apply custom movesets and stats to the custom Model characters. In the end, custom movesets would require a code, and perhaps the custom model as well.

Creating models will definitely require and ISO in order to extract the Model files themselves. However, using a custom model would only require the code(s), which is were Phantom and his mysterious looking app comes in. Much like textures, if you are going to want a custom Model, just use the codes by the creators. If you want to make your very own custom character, then you will need all those side apps to come, plus ISO.

…actually, and ISO wouldn’t be necessary if someone uploaded the extracted models.

My guess is that PW is just feeling a little mischievous and is making us all run around to all over the place to find out what he’s up to. I get the feeling he would be the kind of guy who would do such a thing.

As for who put plan zero on the Wiki, who knows perhaps it was the chosen1 himself but that would mean he’s also working with PW on this conspiracy.

IDEARS: Perhaps it’s an exploit to allow us to use decrypted textures (the ones you get after running the first stage of ASH) ingame. So instead of having …/pf/fighter/link/fitlink01.pac we would have …/pf/fighter/link/fitlink01/blah blah blah.

Or, maybe it will allow us to implement new textures without replacing existing ones. So for example, instead of having only fitmetaknight01-06.pac, if there were fitmetaknight07.pac, fitmetaknight08.pac and fitmetaknight09.pac we’d have those 3 extra textures in addition to the 6 original ones. Of course it would crash I we didn’t have a csp for it, but hey, more textures!

@0nik4ge Thanks! Model hacking was going to be my next post. I was going to say that you would be able to hack model files in something professional like Blender, and write them back to the disk (or use file patcher) without touching your GCT. OR you could use different models depending on which texture you are using, meaning If I wanted to use MeowMix’s Young Link model, I could use it on a single texture without affecting the rest of my textures for Link.

YEAHH!!!! If that were the case, I dont care how much my pc would be slowed down, if i HAD to, Id dump the iso. I still might as it is now because custom music titles arent supported, except the codes at smash boards but they dont show at the my music thing, only when the match will start… its ok tho Ive got a list ;D But god I really hope that’s it.

I am hoping that the rumored Stat Changing app will not only allow character modifications, but re-routing game stats/settings as well. For example, finally letting more than one player use a final smash even though they previously froze the game. That, and allowing final smashes to cancel if hit. A total game modification would be just awesome.

mewtwo was made out of lucario with this. i got the texture, the model, and the moveset to change lucario to mewtwo! They also made Zero with this, its a texture and a moveset for link. and theres plenty more where that came from!

S-A has been done for a long time.
It’s now known as PSA Hacks and it edits the moveset of a character. The Phantom Wings hack was for Phoenix Mario, which was the very first PSA.
